Bulk Purchasing

Absolutely. RFM-A class customers (recent purchase within 60 days, ≥300 orders/year) receive exclusive tiered discounts, dedicated account managers, priority stock reservation, and access to special promotional pricing from SKF headquarters.

Every product we supply comes with complete batch traceability documentation directly from SKF factories. Each batch undergoes strict precision testing by our professional QC team before dispatch. We can provide SKF factory certificates, batch codes, and traceability reports upon request.

Yes. We provide pre-lubrication services using a range of SKF-approved greases and oils, tailored to your operating conditions (temperature range, speed, load, and environment). Our technical team can recommend the optimal lubrication solution for your application.

We provide technical document translation services covering English, Chinese, and major European languages. This includes material certificates, inspection reports, installation manuals, and compliance documentation. Translation turnaround is typically 2-3 business days.

Payment

We accept Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight, Western Union, and major international wire transfers in USD, EUR, GBP, and CNY. For long-term partners with established credit history, we can discuss net payment terms on a case-by-case basis.

For standard orders, we typically require a 30% deposit upon order confirmation, with the balance payable prior to shipment. For framework agreements and verified long-term partners, flexible payment schedules can be arranged. Please discuss your preferred terms with your account manager.

Yes. Established RFM-A class customers with a verified purchase history may be eligible for net-30 or net-60 credit terms, subject to credit review. Contact our finance team to initiate the credit application process.

Our standard quotations are in USD. We can also issue invoices in EUR, GBP, HKD, and CNY upon request. Exchange rates are fixed at the time of order confirmation to ensure pricing transparency and predictability.

Delivery

We ship to 40+ countries worldwide, with established logistics channels to Europe, North America, Australia, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and South America. We work with major international freight forwarders and can arrange DHL, FedEx, UPS, sea freight, and air freight based on your timeline and budget.

We support EXW, FOB Shanghai, CIF, DAP, and DDP Incoterms. We recommend discussing your preferred terms when requesting a quotation so we can provide the most accurate landed cost estimate for your destination.

All shipments are insured against transit damage and loss. In the event of a claim, please document the damage upon receipt and notify us within 48 hours. We will coordinate with the freight insurer and arrange replacement or compensation within the agreed timeline. Our one-stop service covers full after-sales support.
